Moving to Madeira -what should I know?
Alright, We have two kids and It's a a small town city with about 9,454 people. Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. Crime rate is something to consider -Madeira sits at 87.8 per 100K. Homes are going for about $463,600 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I wrong here? Cheers. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
