Hey folks, I'm retired and Median household income is $63,619, which feels about average for the area. Poverty rate is 21.7%, which is higher than I expected. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
