The good and bad of living in Madera

Been meaning to ask this. Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Came here for work and stayed because there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The safety is honestly pretty good and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Moved here from Minneapolis about 10 years ago. it's exactly what I was looking for. Still getting used to walkability but No regrets on my end..

My experience has been mostly positive. it's not perfect but it works for me. The only thing I'd watch out for is job market. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..
