First post here. We have two kids and Median household income is $66,726, which feels about average for the area. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. Worth the trade-offs? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
