Job market in Madison Heights for tech?

Been living here since 2009. Poverty rate is 5.5%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $62,727, which feels about average for the area. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Anyone in a similar situation? Any help is appreciated.

Bought a house here in 2024 and it's been a really good experience overall. Property values have gone down slightly since then.
