Starting a business in Madison Heights?

So, The unemployment rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. With a population of 10,398, Madison Heights is a small town. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Has anyone dealt with this? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is community vibe. it's been a really good experience overall. Worth doing your research before committing.
