Not sure if this has been asked before, but Military spouse here. The median home value here is around $181,300, which is actually reasonable. It's a a small town city with about 10,398 people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. TIA! I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
