Hey everyone, I'm a remote worker and Poverty rate is 7.6%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 44--F, so bundle up in winter. Rent is about $920/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $104,600, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 0.6%, which is pretty low. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
