Co-working spaces in Madison?

Random thought, I'm a remote worker and Average temperature is around 50°F, so expect cold winters. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Has anyone dealt with this?

I've lived in South for about 13 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it was the best decision I ever made. When I first moved here from Pittsburgh, I was surprised by walkability. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Lots of new development happening
- Active local events and festivals
- The public transit scene is decent

The downsides:
- Property taxes are high
- Limited entertainment options

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for young professionals. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it's been a really good experience overall. Compared to Austin it's improving.

I'm a HR manager and I've found there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The community is surprisingly good and there's always something going on.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem decent.

I've been here 5 years and I love the pace of life here. The thing nobody mentions is food scene. It's developing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the cultural scene is legit. And if you're into surfing, this place is tough.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Pine Hills side vs the The Heights side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Good luck with whatever you decide..
