Hey, Just moved here 8 months ago and The median home value here is around $346,900, which seems about average. Homes are going for about $346,900 on average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Am I overthinking this? Property taxes are high but you get good services.
