Madisonville is underrated, change my mind

Random thought, I'm a 34-year-old social worker and With a population of 19,442, Madisonville is a small town. Rent is about $860/month for a decent place. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Bought a house here in 2023 and I'm still on the fence after all this time. Property values have gone down slightly since then.
