Best hidden gems in Magna metro township

Curious what people think. I'm a college student here and The unemployment rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. Should I be concerned?

Weather-wise, the summers are average and winters are manageable. You get used to it after the first year.
