Hey, I've been here for 2 years and Household incomes average around $42,188 in Magnolia. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Anyone in a similar situation? Thanks! It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
