Longtime lurker here, I'm a 37-year-old marketing manager and Median household income is $73,214, which feels about average for the area. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Any advice would be great. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
