OK so I'm retired and The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Let me know your thoughts.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 3 years ago from San Diego and here's my honest breakdown:
Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in North. It's solid for what you get.
Jobs: The market is wild right now, especially in manufacturing. If you're in construction you might struggle.
People: Generally surprisingly good. It took about 10 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: hit or miss. Tons of options if you like Indian.
