OK so Just moved here 9 months ago and Homes are going for about $466,100 on average. With a population of 8,108, Mahtomedi is a small town. The unemployment rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,608 for rent here. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Am I overthinking this?
