Curious what people think. Military spouse here. The median home value here is around $633,100, which is pretty steep. Average temperature is around 71--F, so it's warm year-round. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What do you all think?
