Unpopular opinion about Maili

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I work in manufacturing and Household incomes average around $104,375 in Maili. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Has anyone dealt with this? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

The food scene here is decent. Tons of great Indian places. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it exceeded my expectations. Compared to New York it's hit or miss.
