Commute times in Maitland -how bad?

Poverty rate is 8.8%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,930/month for a decent place. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I wrong here?

I'm a HR manager and I've found it was the best decision I ever made. The community is tough and there's always something going on.
