Longtime lurker here, My family moved here when I was a kid. It's a a small town city with about 20,372 people. Rent is about $2,202/month for a decent place. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What do you all think? Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
