Commute times in Malden -how bad?

Curious what people think. My family moved here when I was a kid. The unemployment rate is 4.0%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 9.0%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. TIA! The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to.

I work in hospitality here and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The job market for my field is underrated. Hope this helps!.

Public transit is improving here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I'm still on the fence after all this time.

I'm a software engineer and I've found it's exactly what I was looking for. The community is challenging and there's always something going on.
