Is Malden walkable?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Crime rate is something to consider -Malden sits at 266.7 per 100K. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Thanks! Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Used to live on the West side, now on the Maple Ridge side. Completely different vibe. I love the pace of life here.
