Remote worker thinking about Malden
Anyone else feel this way? I'm a teacher here and Rent is about $2,066/month for a decent place. With a population of 65,509, Malden is a smaller city. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Any advice would be great. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
