Working in Malden -salaries realistic?

Hey folks, I'm single, late 20s, and Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. It's a a smaller city city with about 65,509 people. Poverty rate is 9.0%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $2,066/month for a decent place. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up.
