Nathan Thomas moving Jan 14, 2026

Anyone else feel this way? It's a a small town city with about 10,516 people. Poverty rate is 8.3%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance!
