OK so I'm retired and You can expect to pay around $793 for rent here. Average temperature is around 43--F, so bundle up in winter. The median home value here is around $103,500, which is actually reasonable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Would love some local perspective. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
