Cheapest neighborhoods in Maltby?

Hi all, I'm single, late 40s, and The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem average.

I've been here 6 years and it's exactly what I was looking for. The thing nobody mentions is public transit. It's wild and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the nightlife is legit. And if you're into camping, this place is solid.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The The Heights side vs the Westside side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem challenging.

I've been here 10 years and it's improved dramatically in recent years. The thing nobody mentions is nightlife. It's competitive and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the job market is legit. And if you're into camping, this place is improving.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Maple Ridge side vs the Greenfield side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Definitely worth checking out..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want food scene, then yeah this place is great. But if outdoor recreation matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

I work in real estate here and it's been a really good experience overall. The job market for my field is decent. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
