Best coffee shops in Malvern?

Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. With a population of 1,687, Malvern is a small town. Crime rate is something to consider -Malvern sits at 27.1 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $573 for rent here. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Should I be concerned? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 10 years ago from Minneapolis and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in The Heights. It's average for what you get.

Jobs: The market is reasonable right now, especially in government. If you're in tech you might struggle.

People: Generally hit or miss. It took about 10 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: surprisingly good. Tons of options if you like Mexican.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..
