Thinking about relocating to Manasquan from Minneapolis

Longtime lurker here, Rent is about $1,655/month for a decent place. Crime rate is something to consider -Manasquan sits at 119.9 per 100K. The median home value here is around $947,100, which is pretty steep. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Does this match your experience? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem average.

I've been here 10 years and I'm still on the fence after all this time. The thing nobody mentions is school system. It's established and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the public transit is legit. And if you're into kayaking, this place is underrated.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The East side vs the Springfield side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
