Hey folks, I'm retired and The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. With a population of 42,674, Manassas is a smaller city. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Does this match your experience? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
