Is Manassas still affordable?

Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What are your go-to spots?

The food scene here is pretty good. Tons of great seafood places. I have mixed feelings honestly.

Public transit is hit or miss here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I'm still on the fence after all this time.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it was the best decision I ever made. Happy to answer more specific questions..

I've lived in Maple Ridge for about 10 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it was the best decision I ever made. When I first moved here from Phoenix, I was surprised by public transit. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Good healthcare facilities
- The school system scene is pretty good

The downsides:
- Limited shopping options
- Bugs and humidity in summer

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for singles. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Bought a house here in 2023 and it's been a really good experience overall. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
