What surprised you most about Manchester?

Been meaning to ask this. With a population of 5,446, Manchester is a small town. You can expect to pay around $1,329 for rent here. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Any advice would be great.

I'm a project manager and I've found it's improved dramatically in recent years. The community is underrated and there's always something going on.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's exactly what I was looking for. No regrets on my end..
