OK so I'm single, late 40s, and Household incomes average around $92,839 in Manchester. Rent is about $1,248/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $298,400 on average. The unemployment rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
