Been living here since 2016. Crime rate is something to consider -Manchester sits at 43.9 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $1,248 for rent here. The suburbs are where most families end up. Would love some local perspective. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
