Best neighborhoods in Manchester for families?

We have two kids (2 and 8) and are looking for a family-friendly neighborhood in Manchester. Budget is around $1465/month for rent. We prioritize good schools and safety. Any recommendations?

Also, are there good parks and activities for kids in the area?

Public transit needs work but they're investing in it. Should improve in next few years.

If you can afford it, Cedar Hills is the best place to live. Period.

Rent tip: look for places in October-November. Prices drop and there's more availability.
