Things that make Manchester unique

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Household incomes average around $77,415 in Manchester. You can expect to pay around $1,465 for rent here. Rent is about $1,465/month for a decent place. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Anyone in a similar situation? The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's been a really good experience overall. Feel free to reach out with questions..
