Manchester quality of life -am I missing something?

Been meaning to ask this. Born and raised here. Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Should I be concerned?

Moved here from Phoenix about 13 years ago. it was the best decision I ever made. Still getting used to job market but Hope this helps!.
