Curious what people think. I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $215,700 on average. The median home value here is around $215,700, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 1.2%, which is pretty low. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Does this match your experience? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
