Longtime lurker here, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and You can expect to pay around $1,044 for rent here. With a population of 24,293, Mandan is a small town. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. Is this normal for Mandan? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
