How is Mandan for outdoor activities?

The unemployment rate is 1.0%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Does this match your experience?

Came here for a fresh start and stayed because there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The dating scene is honestly hit or miss and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
