Thinking about relocating to Manhattan Beach from Minneapolis

My family moved here when I was a kid. With a population of 34,584, Manhattan Beach is a smaller city. Household incomes average around $193,904 in Manhattan Beach. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I wrong here?

Hot take but I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. I know a lot of people disagree but after 12 years here, that's my honest assessment.
