Longtime lurker here, I'm originally from Houston and Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. With a population of 6,275, Manistee is a small town. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Has anyone dealt with this? It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
