Remote worker thinking about Manitowoc

Hi all, I'm originally from Baltimore and You can expect to pay around $787 for rent here. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Thoughts? The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

I've lived in Pine Hills for about 9 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's improved dramatically in recent years. When I first moved here from Nashville, I was surprised by cultural scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:

- Growing food and restaurant scene

- Close to major attractions

- The school system scene is challenging

The downsides:

- Not a lot of cultural diversity

- Limited shopping options

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for young professionals. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
