It's a a small town city with about 16,917 people. With a population of 16,917, Manor is a small town. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

**What I love:**

2. Good schools in most areas
