Manor is underrated, change my mind

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Median household income is $86,477, which feels pretty solid for the area. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What do you all think? Cheers.

I've lived in East for about 8 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I love the pace of life here. When I first moved here from Minneapolis, I was surprised by school system. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- The traffic scene is better than expected

The downsides:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Chain restaurants dominate

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for retirees. Hope this helps!.

Came here for cost of living and stayed because it's not perfect but it works for me. The job market is honestly underrated and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

The food scene here is improving. Tons of great Asian places. it's improved dramatically in recent years.
