The median home value here is around $333,800, which seems about average. Average temperature is around 70--F, so the weather is moderate. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it exceeded my expectations. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

I'm a social worker and I've found it's not perfect but it works for me. The community is hit or miss and there's always something going on.
