Hey, We have two kids and Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. Household incomes average around $93,322 in Manorhaven. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cheers. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
