Housing market in Manorville right now

We have two kids and The unemployment rate is 1.0%, which is pretty low. With a population of 12,737, Manorville is a small town. You can expect to pay around $2,179 for rent here. Homes are going for about $546,600 on average. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Hot take but I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. I know a lot of people disagree but after 5 years here, that's my honest assessment.

I've lived in Fairview for about 5 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I'm still on the fence after all this time. When I first moved here from San Francisco, I was surprised by walkability. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Decent public transit for the size
- The outdoor recreation scene is challenging

The downsides:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Not a lot of cultural diversity

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for retirees. No regrets on my end..

We moved here with our family and I genuinely enjoy living here. Schools in Lakewood area are solid. Kids love it here.
