Hello, Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. Rent is about $768/month for a decent place. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Anyone in a similar situation? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
