Starting a business in Mansfield?

Alright, I'm a teacher here and You can expect to pay around $1,798 for rent here. Household incomes average around $116,590 in Mansfield. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Let me know your thoughts. Cheers.

I've lived in Highland for about 8 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I'm still on the fence after all this time. When I first moved here from Baltimore, I was surprised by traffic. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Lots of new development happening
- The school system scene is better than expected

The downsides:
- Not a lot of cultural diversity
- Limited entertainment options

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for retirees. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a physical therapist who relocated here from New York about 4 years ago. The main reasons were family and retirement.

Pros I've experienced:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Good schools in most areas
- Decent public transit for the size

Cons that are real:
- Winters are long and cold
- Nightlife is limited

Financially, we've found it surprisingly good compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are manageable, gas is challenging.

Socially, I love the pace of life here. Hope this helps!.
